Thursday, 9:44 p.m. – From the Borough of Garwood: "Due to the Snow Emergency, North Side Garbage collection is suspended for January 3, 2014. The next North Side scheduled pickup will be Tuesday January 7, 2014"

Thursday, 8:42 p.m. – From the Borough of Garwood: "Due to the State of Emergency Declaration signed by Governor Christie, the Garwood Municipal Court and Municipal Offices will be closed, January 3, 2014."

Thursday, 8 p.m. – Clark, Garwood Public Schools Closed Friday Due to Storm

Thursday, 7:19 p.m. – From Clark PD: "Gov. Christie has issued a State Of Emergency for the snow storm please stay off the roads until the Emergency has been lifted."

Thursday, 5 p.m. – Christie Declares State of Emergency, Closes State Offices
