Sept. 11 Memorials, Storytime Back at Garwood Library

What's happening today in Clark and Garwood.

Sept. 11 in Clark: Clark will hold their annual 9/11 memorial service at 8:45 a.m. today at James A. Nelson Memorial Park on Broadway and Grant. 

Union County Sept. 11 service: Members of the Board of Chosen Freeholders will pay tribute this year to the 60 Union County residents killed on 9/11 with a ceremony on Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 6-9 p.m. The ceremony, to be held at the Union County Sept. 11 Memorial at Echo Lake Park in Mountainside, will consist of an honor guard presentation and candle lighting in memory of those killed that day. The public is invited to attend.

Storytime back in Garwood: Toddler storytime returns to the Garwood Library today at 10:30 a.m. Bring your toddlers, up to age 4 for stories, games, seasonal crafts, movement and fun.

Catch a free flick in Clark: This week's Wednesday Afternoon Movie at the Clark Library is "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" (rated R) at 1 p.m. in the Ayers room.
