In-N-Out Dog Wash Burglar Still At-Large, Garwood Police Say

Police say Kabir Nunnally, 44, from Newark, broke into the business and stole $450 from the cash register.

Garwood Police made an arrest after an investigation into a recent break in at In-N-Out Dog Wash on North Avenue. 

Police initially received a report of the sound of broken glass in the rear of In-N-Out on the night of Oct. 27. 

Police responded and found the rear window of the business had been broken and that entry was made through that window, according to police reports. Officers searched the business and found that the suspect had left the scene prior to their arrival.

The burglar was able to open the cash drawer and steal $450 before leaving, police said. Video surveillance of the incident was recovered and the intruder was identified as a result of the investigation.

Kabir Nunnally, 44, from Newark, was charged with theft, burglary and criminal mischief. Arrest warrants were issued and Nunnally remains at large, according to police.
