Clark Public Library - Exercise for Stress Management

Physical Therapist Cherry Lacsina from the Kessler Rehabilitation Center will discuss the benefits of exercise for stress management. Exercise in almost any form can act as a stress reliever. Even if you're not an athlete or downright out of shape, you can still make a little exercise go a long way toward stress management. Registration is required.
