Captain Matos brought lots of smiles when he turned on the lights and sirens of his patrol car.
This release was received from Zion Lutheran Preschool. Captain Matos of the Clark Police Department visited Mrs. Spino's morning class at Zion Lutheran Preschool. He taught us about being a police officer and safety lessons. He even brought a patrol car and turned on the lights and sirens! This release was submitted by Zion Lutheran Preschool. Zion Lutheran preschool students in Clark welcomed 1st Lieutenant Anthony Interiano to their classroom recently. The Marine returned on Saturday from a seven month deployment. The students in Miss Styler's four year old class have been corresponding with him during his deployment. His fiance, Lauren Sanchez, is the classroom teacher assistant along with Mrs. Donna Miller. The children prepared pictures and posters for his visit to show appreciation for his service. Lieutenant Interiano read a children's book about the Marines answered questions and even enjoyed a "welcome home" cake baked by one of the parents.

This release was submitted by Zion Lutheran Preschool. Students in Miss Styler's class at Zion Lutheran Preschool in Clark held a cookie sale. The students baked and sold cookies to help aid victims of Hurricane Sandy.The students raised more than $400 and learned a valuable lesson of helping those in need.
