Clark police activity from May 13 - 20, 2013: Shoplifting May 18, 5:27 p.m. – In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested Kimberly Miller, age 44, single, unemployed of 232 Terrill Road in Scotch Plains for shoplifting from the ShopRite Supermarket at 76 Central Avenue. She was also charged with obstruction of justice, and she was detained on outstanding warrants totaling $1,953 from South Plainfield and the Somerset County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. She was subsequently turned over to the Somerset County Sheriff’s Department. Kenneth Gaulette was the arresting officer.
