Now Open: Heads and Tails Yoga in Clark Shopping Center
Clark's first yoga studio opened in December next to Clark Bagels.
While yoga studios seem to be popping up everywhere these days, Clark was still yoga-less until December, when Heads and Tails Yoga opened in the Clarkton Shopping Center next to Clark Bagels. The new studio is run by owner-instructor Kate Hoyos, a Westfield resident who has been practicing yoga for 14 years. Hoyos has taught previously at Garden State Yoga in Bloomfield, Ignite Yoga in Livingston and Hot Yoga Revolution in Garwood. "I have lots of friends in Clark and everyone just seemed to want a yoga studio that was closer," says Hoyos. "When I said I was looking for a location for my studio, they all said, 'You have to come. You have to do yoga in Clark."
