The Blotter: Garwood Police Arrest Clark, Cranford Men for Possession of Needles

Garwood Police activity from April 26 through May 12, 2012: April 26, 10:22 p.m. – Officers arrested Cornell Jackson Jr., 20, from Elizabeth; Lakrisha A. Burnett, 18, from Newark; and Ashley S. Ramsey, 21, Elizabeth, while investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the North Avenue Plaza. Jackson and Burnett were charged with possession of alcoholic beverage under the legal age and possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. Ramsey was charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. All suspects were released with pending court dates. May 3, 4:39 p.m. – Officers arrested Anthony Mark Jr., 27 from Cranford and Ian A. O'Keefe, 23, from Clark, while investigating a report of two suspicious people…
