Clark Planning Board to Discuss Master Plan Update, Gypsum Property Rezoning

Clark's Planning Board will meet Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. in council chambers. On the agenda for Thursday's meeting is a discussion of a Master Plan update, which will likely involve Mayor Sal Bonaccorso's recent town survey regarding what should become of the former U.S. Gypsum factory property on Raritan Road. In December, Mayor Bonaccorso asked citizens to tell the township what they would like to see at the 28-acre site across from Hyatt Hills Golf Complex and Senorita's Mexican Grill. The mayor mailed a survey (see it below) to all residents, asking for their opinions on how the town should zone the property.
