Family owned since the 1940s, The Garwood Rest is a spacious bar and grill open for lunch Tuesdays through Fridays. This bar is my favorite! Many "after work" laughs, fishing stories,ect. Raffles on the holidays, all the football games on Sundays, and a great bar menu. Fresh fish for lunch every Friday, usually from Florida. Once in a while Suzie might bring in a birthday cake or home made cookies or muffins.Bartenders are great too. And if you need work on your home or vehicle, you'll find someone to help you out at "The Rest".
