Schieferstein Farm is the last operating farm in Clark and the surrounding area. Brothers, Fred and Andrew Schieferstein have lived in Clark their entire lives and remember fondly when Clark was once a big farming community. This family-owned and operated farm supplies Clark residents with fresh produce and seasonal decorations all year round. Besides the lovely flowers and shrubs, the country style store carries a variety of homemade baked goods. Don't be surprised if they send you home with a free sample of homemade fudge.
