We love Cesar-Kai! They have such a wonderful team, and truly care about their students and community. Besides instilling great values and morals in our children, they also teach important life skills like discipline, good habits, and respect for self and others. They go beyond the norm by hosting great birthday parties and events such as free women's self defense classes and sleepovers for the kids! They also have great adult programs, I have been taking the cardio kickboxing class and I have lost weight and gained muscle quickly. Definitley check this place out, my family has benefitted exponentially!
