New Year's Celebrations, Garwood Council Reorganization Meeting

What's happening in Clark and Garwood this week.

Garwood council reorganization: The annual reorganization meeting of the Mayor and Council will be held on Sunday at 3 p.m., in Council Chambers. At this meeting, new councilmember Mike Martin and returning councilmember Jim Mathieu will be sworn in. The public is encouraged to attend. 

Oh Brian's celebrates New Year's: 
Spend New Year's Eve at Oh' Brian's on the Green. The bar-restaurant is offering a pre-fixe dinner for $75 per person, plus tax & gratuity; served from 5:30-10pm. After dinner, stay and ring in the New Year:  Dinner and three hour premium open bar package from 10pm-1am is $110, plus tax & gratuity. This includes Oh’ Brian’s “Late Night Buffet,” hats, noisemakers and live entertainment.

Molly Maguire's celebrates New Year's: Celebrate the start of 2014 at Molly's – $75 buys an open bar from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. with noise makers, champagne toast and a hot/cold buffet at midnight (or pay a $20 and pay for drinks as you go). Or for $110, guests get a three-course meal. 

Rosie's Wine Bar celebrates New Year's: As is customary at Rosie's, in addition to an abbreviated a la carte menu, the restaurant will be featuring a three-course Price Fixed Special, wine pairing optional. They will also have a DJ and dancing that begins at 9pm. Free champagne toast at midnight. Reservation preferred, walk-ins welcome. No cover.

The Deutscher Club celebrates New Year's: Members ($90) and non-members ($95) can ring in 2014 with an open bar, champagne toast, surf & turf, midnight buffet and more. 

Crossroads celebrates New Year's: Celebrate the beginning of 2014 with live music at Crossroads. The night will feature Michale Graves of the Misfits, Marc Rizzo of Soulfly and The Downrights.

Winter craft at the Clark Library: Kids can make your own snow man and a noise maker for New Year's Eve at the library. Tuesday, 10:30 a.m.
