This class moves to the sound of music at a slightly slower pace than rigorous kick-boxing type exercise. The instructor will go through the various exercises, concentrating on specific areas of the body. One of our most popular classes, this program will leave you sweating as you move for the entire hour. Geared toward a more mature audience.
