Andrew Zub Sets Example for Future Clark Footballers

An Arthur L Johnson graduate was willing to travel long and far to represent his school in the Snapple Bowl.

The 2013 Snapple Bowl was nothing short of spectacular. Even more impressive than the game was the effort that one competitor in particular put fourth.

Andrew Zub, a member of the Arthur L. Johnson 2013 graduating class, showed an outstanding amount of dedication to the game and his craft.

In an interview with mycentraljersey.com, Zub spoke candidly about the meaning of participating in the Snapple Bowl.

“It’s an honor to be selected to play in this game, so I’m loving it,” Zub told mycentraljersey.com just before kickoff.

Zub travelled a 4-hour round trip to be a part of the Snapple Bowl practices and activities throughout the week leading up to the game.  His hard work paid off and Zub ended up starting at defensive end for the Union County squad and did his job in the 2013 Snapple Bowl.
