Manny's Diner Replaces Johnny K's, Celebrates Grand Opening

Manny's Diner in Clark celebrated its grand opening this week. The restaurant replaces Johnny K's, last year's reinvention of the former Windsor Diner.

Local VIPs gathered for the opening reception on Monday and Mayor Sal Bonaccorso performed the ceremonial ribbon cutting. 

Inside Manny's features new booths and design and a whole new casual-eating menu. The walls also feature historic photos of Clark.
