Also this week, tomorrow, Garwood Council and the Planning/Zoning Board will hold a special meeting wherein NJ Transit will present the results of their feasability study regarding Transit Village possibilities and train stops in the borough. That meeting begins at 7 p.m. in Borough Hall.
