Few Instances of Violence, Bullying Reported in Clark, Garwood School Districts

A recent report from the state shows few incidents for the 2012-13 school year.

The Clark and Garwood public school districts had few reported instances of violence, vandalism, harassment, intimidation and bullying during the 2012-13 school year, according to Violence and Vandalism data released by the state on Thursday. 

The data showed Clark had nine incidents of violence, six of vandalism and three of harassment, intimidation or bullying. There were no reported weapons or substances incidents. 

In Garwood, there were three incidents of violence and one of harrassment, intimidation or bullying. There were no vandalism, weapons or substance incidents reported. 

Both districts had totals amongst the lowest in Union County. See the full report on the State Department of Education’s website
