Come celebrate National Library Week and Fall into Spring with The Friends of the Clark Public Library at their annual April Friendz-y Open House and Membership Drive.  

There will be gift basket drawings, contests, prizes and more! Join us and enter to win a Food Gift Basket and other prizes generously donated by Clark merchants. New Friends who join will be entered in a drawing for a Kitchen Garden Gift Basket valued at $250!

How much do you know about your home town?  Hear Clark Councilman and Town Historian, Brian Toal, talk about "Folktales & Legends of Clark".  He has served as the municipal historian of the Township of Clark and chaired the Historic Trust Commission of the Historic Preservation Commission. He is the author of Let Us Celebrate the 125th Anniversary of The Township of Clark and From Exit 135:  A History of the Township of Clark, NJ.  Toal also served as coordinator of the archaeological dig and historic investigation of An Underground Railroad Site:  The Petersen House, Clark, NJ.
