Clark Council will hold a Special Meeting open to the public at 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building, Room 30. Public hearings will be heard on three ordinances:
- An Ordinance to repeal in its entirety chapter 2, sections 2 - 16.1 to 2.16.14 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of Clark entitled "Division of Police" and to create a new section entitled "Department of Police.
- An Ordinance to amend Chapter 2, Section 2-15 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of Clark entitled "Department of Public Safety."
- An Ordinance to amend Ordinance #02-15 adopted August 19, 2002.
Four resolutions will also be voted upon after a brief Public Comments session.
