Flu Shots Available to Clark Residents

The Clark Health Department will be offering flu shots to Clark residents (any age) on Thursday, Oct. 6, at the Clark Recreation Center located at 430 Westfield Ave., Clark, between the hours of 2 - 3:30 p.m.

There is no charge for participants who have traditional Medicare Part B (red, white and blue card). The Clark Health Department does not participate with any other insurance carriers (Aetna, HMO’s, railroad Medicare etc.) The cost of the flu shot for non- traditional Medicare part B participants is $25. Checks, no cash, should be made payable to the Township of Clark.

In order to ensure enough vaccine and staff, pre-reservation is required by calling Nancy Raymond, Health Officer at 732-428-8405 beginning on Monday, Sept. 19.
