Blood Donations Needed

The Clark Volunteer Fire Department and the Blood Center of New Jersey will host a community blood drive on Wednesday February 16 between 4 pm and 8 pm in the firehouse at 250 Broadway in Clark. All are invited to donate.

Recent winter snowstorms have crippled the blood supply. Last Cancellation of many blood drives due to bad weather throughout the state has amounted to the loss of more than 2,000 units throughout the NY Blood Center regions, leaving area hospitals with a depleted blood supply.  Donations are urgently needed to help build blood supplies to acceptable levels.
