Clark Planning Board May Finally Vote on Miele's Townhome Proposal Tonight

Tonight's meeting could be the last in the Miele's saga.

The decision on developer George Sangiuliano's for the Miele's Greenhouse property was postponed by the Clark Planning Board last week

Tonight, the board resumes the discussion and may come to a vote. The opposition will be given the chance to refute testimony from the engineer for the project, as well as present their own.

to discuss the proposed Stone Hill Village development on the Miele greenhouse property, the board heard testimonies from engineer Frederick Meola, who told the board about sewage inadequacies and sidewalk problems, and the project's engineer Joseph Staigar, who reassured the board that the additional housing units will not put a traffic strain on the area.
