The Clark Blotter: Police Make Three Warrant Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Clark Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Clark police activity from Feb. 6 - 13, 2012.

Feb. 11, 8:48 p.m. – In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested Talib Amir, age 31, single, a supervisor of 2005 Bond Street in Rahway on an outstanding warrant from Newark in the amount of $200 for contempt of court. Amir was also charged with possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances). After posting bail on the warrant, he was released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Christian Lott was the arresting officer. 

Feb. 9, 11:13 a.m. – At the Bergen County Jail, police arrested Nicholas Roseburgh, age 22, single, a student of 16 Patricia Lane in Sicklerville on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1,227 for contempt of court. Roseburgh was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.

Feb. 7, 12:50 p.m. – At the Long Branch Police Department, police arrested Derek Harper, age 23, single, unemployed of 372 Lowden Court in Long Branch on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500 for contempt of court. Harper was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.
