The Clark Blotter: Police Make Three DWI Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Clark Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Clark police activity from July 23 - 30, 2012:

July 24, 8:15 a.m. – Police took a report of a theft of a cell phone at 1184 Raritan Road. The incident is under investigation. Sergio Henriques was the investigating officer.

July 25, 1:55 p.m. – At the Union Township Police Department, police arrested Andre Williams, age 23, single, unemployed of 212 Jacoby Street in Maplewood on outstanding warrants totaling $700 for contempt of court. Williams was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Joseph Mirabile was the arresting officer.

July 27, 9:42 a.m. – In the vicinity of Springfield Avenue in Cranford, police arrested Edward Domkos, age 35, married, unemployed of 71 Wintergreen Avenue West, Apt. #16D in Edison for burglary and theft. Bail was set at $20,000. Det. George Marmarou was the arresting officer. 

July 27, 10:22 p.m. – At the Passaic Police Department, police arrested Daniel Manuel, age 26, single, unemployed of 174 Jackson Street in Passaic on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1,276 for contempt of court. Manuel was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Kenneth Gaulette was the arresting officer.

July 28, 3 a.m. – In the vicinity of Ruddy Place, police arrested Steven Batista, age 27, single, a construction foreman of 169 Cypress Drive in Colonia for driving while intoxicated. Batista was subsequently released pending a court date. Chris Lott was the arresting officer.

July 28, 1:28 p.m. – At the Union Township Police Department, police arrested Kyle Bradby, age 45, single, unemployed of 120 Randolph Road in Plainfield on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. Bradby was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Joseph Teston was the arresting officer.

July 29, 6:35 p.m – In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested James Gavin, age 45, marital status unknown, a shipping clerk of 63 Plainfield Avenue in Edison for driving while intoxicated. Gavin was subsequently released pending a court date. Chris Lott was the arresting officer.

July 29, 10:09 p.m. – In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Victor Anderson, age 55, married, a laborer of 21 Heather Lane in Roselle for driving while intoxicated. Lane was subsequently released pending a court date. Chris Lott was the arresting officer.

July 30, 11:12 a.m. – Police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at 68 Washington Street. The incident is under investigation. Steven Francisco was the investigating officer.
