The Clark Blotter: Police Make DWI and Warrant Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Clark Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Clark police activity from Sept. 24 - Oct. 1, 2012:

DWI

Sept. 29, 10:27 p.m. – In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Donna McCarthy, age 48, single, an instructor of 116 Sweet Briar Drive in Clark for DWI. McCarthy was subsequently released pending a court date. Christian Lott was the arresting officer.

Warrant Arrests

Sept. 26, 2:37 p.m. – In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested Jamal Bell, age 37, married, a salesman of 49 Tichenor Terrace in Irvington on an outstanding warrant from the Essex County Sheriff’s Department and forgery. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.  Det. Antonio Manata was the arresting officer.

Sept. 27, 2:03 p.m. – At Headquarters, police arrested Ricci Riley, age 25, single, a laborer of 1412 Belleview Avenue in Plainfield on outstanding warrants totaling $1,631 from Hillside, Montclair and Union for contempt of court. Riley was subsequently turned over to the Union Police Department. Det. Antonio Manata was the arresting officer.

Sept. 29, 10:48 a.m. – In the vicinity of Ross Street, police arrested Christina Mitroka, age 29, single, unemployed of 39 Middlesex Avenue in Edison for on outstanding warrants from Carteret, New Brunswick, North Brunswick, South Amboy, and Woodbridge for contempt of court. Mitroka was subsequently turned over to the New Brunswick Police Department. Det. Antonio Manata was the arresting officer.

Sept. 30, 3:25 a.m. – In the vicinity of Emerald Place, police arrested Sergio Flores, age 24, single, unemployed of 295 North 10th Street in Newark on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500 from Woodbridge for contempt of court. Flores was subsequently turned over to the Woodbridge Police Department. Joseph Teston was the arresting officer.
