The Clark Blotter: Police Investigate Stolen Vehicle

The following arrest information was provided by the Clark Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Jan. 8, 1:03 a.m. – At 1300 Raritan Road, police arrested Zachary Meade, age 21, single, a construction worker of 59 Sea Foam Avenue in Winfield for DWI (driving while intoxicated). Meade was subsequently released pending a court date. Brian Renda was the arresting officer.

Jan. 7, 5:59 p.m. – At the Linden Police Department, police arrested Gregory Hunter, age 49, single, unemployed of 701 Cranford Avenue, Apt. #225 in Linden on outstanding warrants totaling $1,721 for contempt of court. Hunter was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Eric Richter was the arresting officer.

Jan. 5, 12:23 a.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Marcus Blake, age 19, single, a student of 279 Muhammad Ali Avenue in Newark for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances). Blake was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Chris Lott was the arresting officer.

Jan. 4, 6:02 p.m. – At 76 Central Avenue, police arrested Madeline Kukuch, age 51, single, unemployed of 49 Brant Avenue, Apt. #3 for shoplifting from the She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Chris Lott was the arresting officer.

Jan. 4, 2:49 p.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue and Kathryn Street, police arrested Andrew Nadel, age 23, single, unemployed of 119 West Blancke Street in Linden for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances). Bail was set at $25,000 and Nadel was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Det. Antonio Manata was the arresting officer. 

Jan. 2, 6:10 p.m. – Police took a report of a stolen motor vehicle at 26 Westfield Avenue The incident is under investigation. Chris Lott was the investigating officer.
