The Clark Blotter: Police Investigate Burglary to Tudor Drive Home

The following arrest information was provided by the Clark Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Clark Police activity from June 25 - July 9, 2012:

June 26, 12:08 a.m. – In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway, police arrested Roy Depack, age 37, single, unemployed of 20 East Clay Avenue in Roselle Park on outstanding warrants totaling $3,261 from Freehold, Fairview Boro, Hudson County Sheriff’s Department, Jersey City, Kenilworth, Roselle Park and Seaside Heights for contempt of court. Depack was subsequently turned over to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department. Kenneth Gaulette was the arresting officer.  

June 27, 10:27 p.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Eric Dick, age 21, single, a delivery person of 601 Jacques Avenue, Apt. #1A in Rahway for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances). Dick was subsequently released pending a court date. Chris Lott was the arresting officer.

June 30, 9 a.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue and Brant Avenue, police arrested Karriem Sharif, age 36, single, unemployed of 555 Elizabeth Avenue, 15th Floor in Newark on an outstanding warrant from the Essex County Sheriff’s Department. Sharif was subsequently turned over to the Essex County Sheriff’s Department. Det. Antonio Manata was the arresting officer.  

July 1, 7:21 p.m. – At the Haledon Police Department, police arrested Richard Haun, age 40, single, unemployed of 105 North 10th Street in Paterson on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. Haun was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Brian Pereira was the arresting officer.

July 3, 2:15 p.m. – Police took a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle which was parked at 76 Central Avenue. The incident is under investigation. Kenneth Gaulette was the investigating officer.

July 3, 6:27 p.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Purshotan Singh, age 23, single, unemployed of 54 Atlantic Street in Metuchen on an outstanding warrant from Woodbridge in the amount of $578 for contempt of court. Singh was subsequently turned over to the Woodbridge Police Department. Kenneth Gaulette was the investigating officer.

July 5, 1:11 a.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Jonathan Chacon, age 18, single, a waiter of 255 West Scott Avenue in Rahway on an outstanding warrant from Linden in the amount of $1,500 for contempt of court. Chacon was also charged with hindering apprehension, and he was subsequently turned over to the Linden Police Department. Miguel Acabou was the investigating officer.

July 6, 1:03 p.m. – Police took a report of burglary to a residence at 78 Tudor Drive. The incident is under investigation. Pedro Oliveira was the investigating officer.

July 6, 5:17 p.m. – Police took a report of burglary to a motor vehicle, which was parked at a residence at 98 Lexington Boulevard. The incident is under investigation. Miguel Acabou was the investigating officer.
