The Clark Blotter: Police Arrest Clark Man For Drug Possession With Intent to Distribute

Possession, Intent to Distribute

Feb. 24, 9:31 a.m. – In the vicinity of 805 Raritan Road, police arrested John D. McGrath, age 44, single, a doorman of 805 Raritan Road in Clark for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances) with intent to distribute. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.  Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.

Feb. 23, 1:30 a.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Michelle Strothers, age 19, single, a student of 26 Colgate Road in Maplewood for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances) and possession of CDS paraphernalia. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Ricardo Oliveira was the arresting officer.

Feb. 25, 5:51 p.m. – At 979 Raritan Road, police arrested Jason Koritsoglou, age 25, single, unemployed of 295 Laurel Lane in Clark for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances) and CDS paraphernalia. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Kenneth Gualette was the arresting officer.

Disorderly Conduct

Feb. 22, 12:04 a.m. – In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Nikita Semenov, age 21, single, a cashier of 39 Third Street in Garwood for disorderly conduct. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Joshua Disano was the investigating officer.

Shoplifting

Feb. 25, 2:39 p.m. – At 76 Central Avenue, police arrested Sandra Mansueto, age 42, married, unemployed of 1916 Crescent Parkway in Linden for shoplifting at the ShopRite Supermarket at 76 Central Avenue. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Daniel Pitts was the arresting officer.
