The Clark Blotter: Iselin Man Arrested on $18K Outstanding Warrant
The following arrest information was provided by the Clark Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Clark police activity from July 11 – 17, 2011.
July 14, 3:41 p.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Jeffrey Soper, age 43, single, unemployed of 1422 Oak Tree Road, Apt. #5 in Iselin on an outstanding warrant from the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department totaling $18,678.91. He was subsequently turned over to the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department. Antonio Manata was the investigating officer.
