Outstanding Warrant for Possession, Distribution Within 1,000 Feet of School

March 19, 12:39 a.m. – In the vicinity of James Avenue and Sunset Drive, police arrested William Black, age 23, single, unemployed of 18 Sunset Drive in Clark on an outstanding warrant for CDS (controlled dangerous substances) distribution within 1,000 feet of a school yard. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Det. George Marmarou was the Arresting Officer.

March 19, 10:13 p.m. – In the vicinity of 186 Westfield Avenue, police arrested Crystal Nunes, age 28, single, unemployed of 13 Nelson Court in Toms River for CDS (controlled dangerous substances) possession, possession of a hypodermic needle and shoplifting. She was also detained on an outstanding warrant from New Brunswick. Bail was set at $15,000. Also arrested was Jesse Gallagher, age 33, single, unemployed of 1117 Seaman Avenue in Beachwood for CDS possession, possession of a hypodermic needle and hindering prosecution. He was also detained on an outstanding warrant from New Brunswick. Bail was set at $25,000. Both individuals were subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Brian Soos was the arresting officer.

CDS Paraphernalia

March 20, 12:08 a.m – In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway southbound, police arrested Michael McGuirl, age 30, single, unemployed of 35 Warwick Road in Colonia for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances) paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Det. George Marmarou was the arresting officer.

Theft of Items from a Motor Vehicle

March 21, 2:02 p.m. – Police took a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle, which was parked at 15 Brant Avenue. The incident is under investigation. Christopher Tuccio was the investigating officer.

March 21, 2:45 p.m. – Police took a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle, which was parked at a residence at 16 Fulton Street. The incident is under investigation. Christopher Tuccio was the investigating officer.

Criminal Mischief to a Motor Vehicle

March 18, 12:39 a.m. – Police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at 36 Valley Road. The incident is under investigation. P.O. Marty Venezio was the investigating officer.
