The Clark Blotter: Arrests for Drugs, DUI and Credit Card Fraud
The following arrest information was provided by the Clark Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Clark police activity from Aug. 15 - 22, 2011.
Aug. 18, 7:59 p.m. – In the vicinity of 196 Westfield Avenue, police arrested Caprice Howard, age 23, single, a customer service agent of 566 East Milton Avenue in Rahway for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances). Howard was subsequently released pending a court date. Terrance Harrison was the arresting officer.
Aug. 17, 9:47 p.m. – In the vicinity of Brant Avenue and Westfield Avenue, police arrested Christina Olejar, age 29, single, a recruiter of 2317 Desisto Drive in Rahway for DUI. Olejar was subsequently released pending a court date. Chris Lott was the arresting officer.

Aug. 17, 6:26 p.m. – At 76 Central Avenue, police arrested Jubrill Williams, age 21, single, unemployed of 55 North Elliot Place, Apt. #6D in Brooklyn for credit card fraud. Also arrested was Nathaniel Soto, age 21, single, unemployed of 133 Navy Walk, Apt. #3E in Brooklyn for credit card fraud. Both men were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Antonio Manata was the arresting officer.
Aug. 17, 11:18 a.m. – Police took a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle, which was parked at 1060 Raritan Road. The incident is under investigation. Kenneth Sarnecki was the investigating officer.
