The Clark Blotter: A Shoplifting Arrest at Barnes & Noble

June 17, 12:25 p.m. – Police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at 71 Cornell Drive. The incident is under investigation. Dan Pitts was the investigating officer.

June 15, 3:17 p.m. –  In the vicinity of 136 Central Avenue, police arrested Alfred Green, age 39, single, unemployed of 235 South Harrison Avenue in East Orange for shoplifting at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore. He was also charged with criminal trespass and subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Dan Pitts was the arresting officer.
