Police: Cars Should Be Removed from Streets For Storm

Both Clark and Garwood departments are notifying residents to move cars to allow for plowing.

Both Clark and Garwood Police Departments are reminding residents to remove their cars from the streets before the storm to facilitate plowing.

Clark Police sent out the following alert: "Community: with the arrival of the snow please have all vehicles parked in the driveways to allow the plows to plow the streets."

In Garwood, town ordinance stipulates that cars must be removed when snow reaches three inches accumulation. Police are also advising that vehicles must be removed from any municipal parking lots.
