Clark Police Investigate Criminal Mischief to Vehicles on Raritan Road, Frances Drive

Plus, Staten Island man arrested for credit card fraud and other police news.

On April 6 at 3:47 p.m., police took a report of criminal mischief to two motor vehicles which were parked at 803 Raritan Road and 11 Frances Drive. The incidents are under investigation. Dan Pitts was the investigating officer.

April 4, 12:05 a.m. – At the Union Police Department, police arrested Anthony Outler, age 32, married, a salesman of 1703 Burnet Avenue in Union on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $751 for contempt of court. Outler was subsequently transported to the  Union County Jail. Brian Pereira was the arresting officer.

April 6, 1:17 p.m. – In the vicinity of 45 Central Avenue, police arrested Gboyega Alao, age 49, married, a laborer of 432 Morningstar Road in Staten Island for possession and use of fraudulent credit cards. Alao was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Antonio Manata was the Arresting Officer.  

April 7, 2:12 a.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue and Nassau Street, police arrested Richard Bezares, age 24, single, a student of 875-4 Madison Avenue in Paterson for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances), DWI and for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $130 from Montville for contempt of court. Bezares was subsequently released pending a court date. Christian Lott was the arresting officer.

April 9, 2:47 a.m. – In the vicinity of Prospect Street, police arrested Brian Jean-Marie, age 22, single, a stock person of Boston Way, Building 1, Apt. #12 in Asbury Park for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances). Also arrested was Renee Davis, age 18, single, a student of 563 Prospect Avenue in Spring Lake Heights for theft. Both individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Daniel Joy and Christian Lott were the arresting officers.
