Doris M. Allen (nee Poznanski), age 74, of Clark, passed away on Friday January 4, 2013, at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Rahway. Beloved wife for 46 years of George Allen. Loving mother of George W. Allen and his wife Maile. Cherished grandmother of George A. Allen.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral on Wednesday January 9, 2013, at 8:45 am, from the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, thence to St. Agnes R.C. Church, Clark, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:45 am. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 7-9 pm. Born and raised in Irvington, to Walter and Sophie Poznanski, Mrs. Allen has resided in Clark for the past 43 years. She was a homemaker who loved ceramics and was an avid bowler. Mrs. Allen was a member of the Rosary Altar Society of St. Agnes R.C.C., Clark.
