Community Update

I am so disappointed to have to report this today. I have been going to Harvard Cleaners now for over 7 years. They are the most expensive in town, and I have had to deal with sometimes, my clothes smelling like cigarette smoke when I pick up the order. However, I did like the owner until Sept 21st, when this day, I was treated like dirt and they destroyed my brooks brothers dress shirt. The woman owner at the counter, handed me back my expensive dress shirt with a 4 inch tear on it, and had the nerve to tell me its my fault ! yes, she tried to tell me that I wore that area away. Can u believe this, I hired that company for services and they destroyed my shirt, you can see the rip, its clear they tore it on something. Its not a normal tear. The right thing to do , was just acknowledge they ruined the shirt and pay for it. I would of still been a customer there, now they lost one. However, she would not , she actually made me pay for the entire order. The shirt's value is $130.. I have spent about $ 60 to 100 a month there for 7 years and will never go there again. I informed her, to do the right thing or I will never come back again. I could not believe the attitude and treatment from her, imagine this, they ruined my shirt and now its my fault.
