Garwood Knights of Columbus Begin Annual Toy Drive

Donations of brand new, unwrapped toys can be dropped off after 4 p.m. weekdays.

The Garwood Knights of Columbus are having their annual Toy Drive through December. 

Donations of brand new, unwrapped toys on behalf of St. Joseph's Social Services Center in Elizabeth can be dropped off after 4 p.m. weekdays at their Council Hall, 37 South Ave. Garwood (opposite PathMark). Weekends, please call first. 

Parking is available behind the building off Willow Avenue (turn at Marty Shoes). Please use side door entrance.

Since 1983, St. Joseph's has served the materially poor and homeless community of greater Elizabeth by providing basic human needs such as food, clothing and medications, as well as a wide range of services and programs to help them acquire the material goods and social services they need to live with integrity.

Monetary donations make payable to "The Garwood KofC Toy Drive," attn: Keith Gallagher. No toys depicting violence, guns, dolls exploiting women, or old stuffed animals donated, respectfully. For info, call the Knights after 4 p.m. at 908-789-9809 or Keith Gallagher at 908-789-0931.
