To be considered an eligible applicant, submit an essay, no longer than 150 words, that explains why you deserve to win.  All applicants must be over 21 years of age and a legal New Jersey resident. Applications will be accepted from March 9, 2012, 12:01am through June 22, 2012, 11:59 pm.Winners will be notified by phone by July 2, 2012.

For the first 25 interested applicants that inquire about the contest in person at The Westwood, located at 438 North Avenue in Garwood, NJ, each will also receive1,000 Westwood Dollarsthat can be used toward a future event.(Certain restrictions apply and are outlined on the back of the Westwood Dollars certificate.)   *Terms and ConditionsDue to ABC regulations alcoholic beverages are not included. Alcohol can be purchased from The Westwood. The winner is solely responsible for all expenses and costs related to the Prize including taxes and fees. The date of event is subject to availability. Limit one wedding/event per winner. The Westwood cannot be held liable for things beyond its control including but not limited to weather, strikes, power outages, etc. The event must be scheduled within one calendar year of winning date. Entries will be accepted thru 6/22/12, 11:59pm. The winners will be announced 7/2/12 by phone. All applicants must be 21 years of age or older to enter and a legal NJ State resident. The winners agree to choose from available packages. Actual Prize details are at The Westwood’s sole discretion.  The prize has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize cannot be combined with any other offer or discount and is not transferable. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of The Westwood, their immediate family members, IRS dependents and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate. By entering this Contest, the Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold The Westwood and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, assigns, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies harmless for any injuries, losses or damage of any kind, including death or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Prize or participating in this Contest or any Contest-related activity. The Westwood has not made and/or is not responsible for any misrepresentation or guaranty, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize. The management of The Westwood reserves the right to judge all entries and shall make all final decisions regarding the winning essay.  All decisions made by The Westwood concerning the prize and/or contest are final. By entering the Contest, each Entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the selection by the judging panel. The Westwood assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors or failures of any kind, or delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.
