Martin: 'It Will Be An Honor' to Serve Residents

This letter to the editor was submitted by Garwood Councilman-Elect Mike Martin.

Dear neighbors and voters,

It will be an honor to be given the opportunity to serve the residents of the Borough of Garwood as a member of the council.

The coming year promises to be one that holds many new challenges for the governing body, as times change so to the manner in which business is done and so do the demands on members of the council.

I am certainly up to the challenges and since I have my own small business based here in the borough I will be readily accessible to the residents, the other council members and the employees as well and look forward to working with all of them. Thank you to those who cast their ballots for me and thank you to the team of dedicated individuals who participated in the campaign weather their role was big or small the sum of the parts produced results, it is gratifying to have their support and the resident’s trust.
