Clark School Business Administrator Wins Westfield Council Seat
This was David Oliveira's first race for town council.
Clark School Business Administrator David Oliveira won his race for Westfield Council last night over opponent Matthew Sontz. This was Oliveira's first run for town council.
Oliveira (R) will be representing the third ward. Results show he received 1,067 votes while opponent Matthew Sontz received 972.
"The message I have been sharing during my campaign is that I want to keep Westfield a great town and build upon the attributes that encouraged all of us to purchase our home and raise our families here in the first place," Oliveira said in a letter to the editor on Westfield Patch.
