Whiz Kid: Kaitlyn Hogan
Vital Stats: Kaitlyn is 11 years old and in Mrs. D'Amicos 5th grade class at Hehnly Elementary school.
Kaitlyn's Accomplishment: Since transferring to Hehnly in the 4th grade, Kaitlyn has won every weekly spelling bee in 4th grade as well as every one this year in her 5th grade class.

Kaitlyn's Key to Awesomeness: Kaitlyn loves to read and I believe that has helped her become great at spelling," says her mom, Jacki Hogan. "Mrs. D'Amico has tried to stump Kaitlyn giving her words that they have not studied, but Kate remains the champion."
