In a story that has captured national headlines, a Manchester boy is being sued for an errant warm up toss that struck a spectator in the face two years ago at the township's Little League field. 

A missing 5-year-old West Windsor boy who was presumed kidnapped by his grandfather was found safe Tuesday morning in a South Carolina McDonald's with his grandfather, who was arrested on kidnapping charges.

An off-duty Clifton police officer opened fire on officers responding to a domestic dispute at the home of his estranged wife Sunday, touching off an hours-long standoff that included volleys of gunfire, authorities in Pennsylvania said.
