Cub Scout Pack 145 collects food for the needy and toys for children this holiday season!

Cub Scout Pack 145 of Clark held its annual “Scouting For Food” at the November Pack Meeting. All scouts were asked to collect non-perishable food for the local food pantries. The pack collected approximately 1000 pounds of food which was donated between two local food pantries, both located in Clark. Entertainment, provided by the Webelos II den, was a lot of fun with all the scouts participating, line dancing and just having an all out good time to celebrate collecting so much food for the needy in our area. The pack is currently participating in TOYS FOR TOTS with the US Marine Corps. Toy drop off locations through-out Clark, specifically at the Clark Municipal Building, Recreation Center, Library, Investors Bank on Central Avenue and Westfield Avenue and Access Storage on Central Avenue. December 1st the cub scouts will be curb side at the Clark Holiday Festival collecting new, unwrapped toys between the hours of 3pm and 6pm; on December 7th and 8th between the hours of 12pm and 4pm toys can be dropped off at the Dr. Wm. Robinson Museum Holiday Celebration. The Cub Scouts teaches that giving can be just as much fun as receiving! For more information please visit www.cubpack145.info
