Precision Press isn't closing, but is moving out of this location. According to the property's listing agent, Alan Rasmussen of Coldwell Banker, the space boasts roughly 3,800-square feet with a small office and three larger rooms with 13-foot ceilings. Rasmussen also notes that the property has great visibility between the post office and borough hall.

"I call it a two unit retail building because it could be split into two units," Rasmussen told Patch.

The property is listed for $550,000 and the taxes are $14,304. The space is also available to those looking to rent, at $4,100 per month plus utilities. See photos in our gallery, right.

"I’ve shown it quite a number of times and lots of restaurants seem interested in it," says Rasmussen. "It's zoned for commerical use, and it's a great location for pretty much anything, walking distance to anything."

Rasmussen says the space does not have parking, but there is a small rear area where one car would likely fit.
