Cooling Center Opened at Garwood Borough Hall
Air conditioned Council Chambers open to the public during hot stretch this week.
Due to the excessive heat, Garwood Borough Hall will be open for all residents as a cooling center, according to a UC First Alert sent by the Garwood Police Department.
Anyone needing to cool off may come to Borough Hall and do so in the air conditioned Council Chambers.
