Eateries In One Union County City Have Gone Years Without Inspection

In Plainfield, many food establishments fell through the cracks, including school cafeterias and nursing homes, as years went by without proper inspection, according to mycentraljersey.com

Health inspection records showed only 71 of the 340 businesses that reportedly serve food around town were inspected last year - 10 of those establishments failed, according to mycentraljersey.com

Its known as Pay for blindness, And NO ONE will be prosecuted, because the prosecutors office is on the pay roll ???
