'It's a Shore Thing' Talks About Beach Weekends, Alcohol at ALJ

What's happening today in Clark and Garwood.

"It's a Shore Thing": Tonight at 7 p.m. at ALJ, Officer Mark DiGrandis of the Toms River Police Department and formerly of the Seaside Park Police Department will be presenting a workshop entitled “It’s A Shore Thing…” Officer DeGrandis will speak on the topic of what happens on shore weekends and touch upon host liability, alcohol awareness, and provisional DL laws, among other relevant and timely topics. Also presenting will be Roselle Park Municipal Judge Gary Bundy who will speak on potential consequences to students and their parents in a court of law. All parents, guardians, educators, and students are invited.

Flu shots for Garwood residents: 
The Westfield Regional Health Department offers flu shots for member towns (Garwood is a member) at the Fanwood Rec Center on Thursday from 6 - 7:30 p.m.
