DESCRIPTION:Clark Recreation offers a Free Senior Citizen Exercise Class 
 twice weekly from September through June. The class meets on Tuesday and
  Thursday mornings from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Clark Recreation Center's Ex
 ercise Room.\nThis group exercise class is geared toward the senior popu
 lation\, incorporating aerobic exercises\, toning and stretching. Most e
 xercises can be done to accommodate physical limitations. Some exercises
  may be done while seated.
