Clark Recreation offers a Free Senior Citizen Exercise Class twice weekly from September through June. The class meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Clark Recreation Center's Exercise Room.
This group exercise class is geared toward the senior population, incorporating aerobic exercises, toning and stretching. Most exercises can be done to accommodate physical limitations. Some exercises may be done while seated.
